How we support your clients

The same care for every client, whoever introduced them.

  • Needs first. A broker starts with the client's situation, and free calculators let clients estimate their own needs before any product is discussed.
  • Plain language. Options are explained without jargon, including what a policy does not cover.
  • Real quotes. Quotes come from Canadian insurers and are reviewed with a licensed broker.
  • Help afterwards. We stay available once a policy is in place, and claims contacts are published on our site.

How we keep it compliant

  • Only licensed Vansure brokers give insurance advice, quotes and recommendations. Partners introduce clients; they do not sell or advise on insurance.
  • Clients are introduced with their consent, and their personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy.
  • Any arrangement is discussed directly, put in writing, disclosed to the client where required, and set up to follow the rules that apply to insurance in British Columbia.
  • Nobody promises a client that they will qualify, what a policy will cost, or that a claim will be paid. Coverage always depends on the policy.

Who can become a partner?

Professionals and businesses whose clients may need insurance guidance, such as mortgage brokers, realtors, travel agencies, immigration professionals, financial professionals and employers.

Do I need an insurance licence?

No. Partners make introductions with the client's consent. Only licensed Vansure brokers give insurance advice, quotes and recommendations.

How are partners compensated?

We do not publish terms. Any arrangement is discussed directly, confirmed in writing and set up to follow the rules that apply to insurance in British Columbia.

Is there a cost to join or a minimum commitment?

No. There is no fee and no minimum number of introductions.

What happens to my client's information?

It is used to respond to their insurance enquiry and handled under our Privacy Policy.
