I've been in insurance since 2018 — first as a life insurance advisor, then as a licensed general broker since 2020. In that time, I've written hundreds of policies and worked with clients across Greater Vancouver on everything from home and auto to travel and commercial coverage.
But something always bothered me. Too often, clients would sign a policy without really knowing what they had. They'd trust the broker to make the right call — and most of the time that broker was focused on volume, not on them. I wanted to change that.
