Claims & support
Need to make a claim? Start here.
Claims are paid by your insurance company, not by us. Below is how to reach each one. Your Vansure broker will help you at any step.
Travel emergency
Medical emergency while travelling or visiting Canada?
Call your insurer's 24/7 assistance line before you get treatment, if you can. If your life is at risk, call local emergency services first.

We can help
Not sure where to start? Ask us.
We can find your policy, explain the forms and follow up with the insurer for you. Email info@vansure.ca any time.
We could not find that insurer in our list. Check the spelling or clear the filters. You can also call us at
(778) 892-7800 and we will find the right number for you.
Travel, Visitors to Canada and Super Visa
Emergency assistance numbers are listed first. The number on your own policy or wallet card always comes first.
Life, critical illness and disability
Most insurers ask you to call first. They will tell you which forms and documents they need.
Before you call
- The policy number, if you have it
- The insured person's full name and date of birth
- The date and details of what happened
- For travel claims, your receipts and medical records
Contact details were checked against each insurer's website in October 2026 and can change. The number on your policy or wallet card always takes priority. Vansure Insurance Services is a brokerage, not an insurer. We do not pay or decide claims.
Not sure who to call?
Tell us what happened and we will point you to the right insurer and the right form.
