Partners / Travel Agencies

Help your clients travel with more confidence.

Your clients plan the trip with you. Vansure gives them a licensed broker for the insurance side, so they understand what a policy covers before they leave.

  • Emergency medical
  • Trip cancellation and interruption
  • Visitors and Super Visa
Why this relationship makes sense

Insurance questions come up at booking. The answers depend on the traveller and the policy.

An introduction to a licensed broker means those questions are answered properly, and your client leaves knowing what their plan does and does not cover.

Emergency medical costs abroad

What happens if a traveller needs care outside Canada.

Trips that change

What a policy says about a trip that is cancelled or interrupted, and what it does not cover.

Family visiting Canada

Emergency medical coverage for visitors, and proof of insurance for Super Visa applicants.

What your travellers can ask us about

Depending on the plan selected. A broker explains the limits, exclusions and medical questions before anyone buys.

How Vansure helps

What your client can expect after an introduction

  • Clear explanations. A licensed Vansure broker explains what a plan covers, what it excludes and how pre-existing conditions are treated.
  • Online quotes. Clients can start a quote online and review it with a broker.
  • Help when it matters. Claims contacts are published on our site so clients know who to call.
How an introduction works

Three steps. Your client stays in control throughout.

You introduce

With your client's consent, you connect them with Vansure or share a link to our tools or quote page.

We advise

A licensed Vansure broker reviews the client's needs, explains the options in plain language and provides quotes.

The client decides

There is no obligation to buy. If they go ahead, we handle the application and stay available afterwards.

Professional boundaries

Where your work ends and ours begins

  • Vansure does not book travel or give travel advice. Coverage depends on the policy, and no plan covers every event. Your agency's own obligations around offering insurance remain yours to confirm.
  • Only licensed Vansure brokers give insurance advice, quotes and recommendations. Partners introduce clients; they do not sell or advise on insurance.
  • Any arrangement between us is discussed directly, put in writing and disclosed to the client where required.

Not yet. Tell us if that would be useful and we will discuss what is possible.

Does a client have to buy through Vansure?

No. A quote is free and there is no obligation.

Add insurance to your client experience.

Send a short enquiry and we will reply by email to set up a conversation.
